I aspire to bring agility, influence, collaboration, scalability, and simplicity to the highly dynamic M&A process by drawing from a unique combination of leadership and multi-disciplinary experience in M&A integration, Human Resources, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Data Analytics.
My focus is HR M&A (evaluation, deal execution and integration), people strategy / talent selection, diligence & integration planning, change management, organizational design, total rewards & retention, HR operating models, and onboarding (in-person & virtual). I have a propensity for data integrity, process efficiency, and an inquisitive nature and love of data.
As a HR M&A advisor & leader in high growth organizations. I find success by establishing myself as a strategic & consultative partner for corporate development, sponsoring business leaders, and HR business partners. Thru deal execution and integration, I am a trusted partner for board members, founders and (current and potential) acquired employees.
